How do I track my order?
We strive to process orders quickly and ship them within 24-48 hours of placement.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. After receiving the shipping email, you will find detailed tracking information to follow the progress of your order. How long will it take to get my orders?
We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, all orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours , and shipping will take around 5-7 business days depending on your location.

How long will it take to get my money back?
Returns are processed as quickly as possible, starting with shipment from your post office to a consolidation center and then to our warehouse for inspection. You can track the status of your return via our Returns Portal.
Refunds can be made via your original payment method. This usually takes seven to ten business days. You will receive email notifications once your return has been processed and the refund has been made.
