Shipping Process – What Happens After You Order?
It's pretty straightforward! After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the essential details. That’s when the clock starts ticking for dispatch, which typically takes 1-2 days.
Once your order is on its way, it usually takes about 5-7 days to arrive at your door, depending on where you’re located. Don't worry though, as soon as we ship it, you’ll get another email with a track & trace code so you can follow your package’s journey.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, act fast! Cancellations are only possible before your order is dispatched, which happens within 1-2 days. If it's too late for cancellation, you can always return the items once received, but note that return shipping costs will be on you.

Received the Wrong Item?
Something not right with your order? Whether it’s the wrong size, color, or a damaged item, we’ve got you covered! Report any issues to info@bymonafashion.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, and don’t forget to include photos. We’ll get things sorted out quickly.
Delayed Orders
Typically, orders arrive within 9 days (2 days for processing and up to 7 for shipping). If it's been more than 9 days and your package hasn’t arrived yet, we kindly ask for a little more patience – sometimes there are delays (like bad weather). If after 12 days you still haven’t received your package, reach out to us and we’ll help.
