If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Procedure

Thinking of returning your purchase? No worries! We're here to help you through the process.

First off, drop us an email at Support@bymonafashion.com within 30 days from the day you received your package.

Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll provide you with all the necessary steps to complete your return. After that, make sure the items are securely packed and sent to the return address we’ll provide, along with the tracking code.

Please note, items need to be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached. So, wearing that new outfit for a few days and then returning it? Unfortunately, that won’t work.

Refunds

Now, let’s talk about getting your money back. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email if it has been approved. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 7 days.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order before it ships out? You’re in luck! Just make sure to cancel before it’s dispatched, which usually takes about 1-2 days. If it’s already been sent, no problem – you can still return the items later, but you'll have to cover the return shipping fees.

Received the Wrong Item?

If you’ve received something other than what you ordered, or if there’s a problem with the item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Send us a description of the issue and photos to Support@bymonafashion.com, and we’ll get it sorted for you.
